Cardprotector + Moneyband + Slide
The Slide of the new Cardslide is produced from high-quality polycarbonate, as used in the production of bulletproof glass. Cardslide includes the Cardprotector, Moneyband and Slide making it useful for cash, business cards (common Western Europe size, max 85 mm wide) and parking tickets. You can even create your own custom Cardslide by combining the parts of your choice.
Cardprotector inside Cardslide protects your most important cards really effectively. The high quality aluminum casing is sturdy and keeps your card from breaking, and also prevents unauthorized RFID/NFC scanning. With one movement, the cards slide out in overlapping sequence where it's easy to pick up the right card. Depending on the thickness of your cards, it holds up to 4-6 cards. You can also choose to store just one card.

Protects your cards
The aluminium Cardprotector protects cards that use RFID and NFC technology against unauthorized scanning. These are cards - such as public transport cards, entry cards, latest credit and debit cards - which include a chip and antenna for wireless communication.
In order to safely use an RFID and NFC cards with Cardprotector, just slide a card out in one movement. By sliding the cards out but not removing them, the signal is reduced but still sufficient for contact over short distances. Your cards are better protected, even during use.
Maximum card capacity
The maximum number of cards in Cardprotector depends on the type of the cards. Cards with embossed letters are thicker, regular cards are slimmer. Please find the chart below:
Embossed + Regular = Total
4 + 0 = 4
1 + 5 = 6
3 + 2 = 5
The numbers above are maximum capacity - you can always carry just one card inside the Cardprotector as well.

There is still room for improvement in the product
The card case has been proven to work, but the accessory that attaches to the case slips out of place easily. I am surprised that no locking mechanism has been developed for it. Now the cases are just attached to each other by a strap.

Functional and high quality
I was a bit skeptical at first whether this kind of card dispenser would work, but the mechanism works like a charm and the cards stay in place. Very high quality workmanship.
Like many EDC products, you have to make some compromises: there is very little space for cash and coins and the compact case feels heavy in your pocket. The number of cards you carry should also be kept to a minimum, down to just 5 or 6 of the most important ones.
The most annoying thing is that pulling out the card deck in half and showing it to the reader doesn't work if there are several NFC cards in the deck (even if the desired one is on top); you often have to pull out the right card from the case.
But you gradually learn to live with the limitations.

Hieman epäilytti aluksi toimiiko tämmöinen kortinsujauttaja, mutta mekanismi toimii kuin rasvattu ja kortit pysyvät muuten visusti paikoillaan. Todella laadukasta tekoa.
Kuten monet EDC-tuotteet, saa tässäkin tehdä joitain kompromisseja: käteistä ja kolikoita mahtuu lokeroon todella vähän ja kompakti kotelo tuntuu painavalta taskussa. Mukana kulkevien korttien määrä on minimoitava myös vain 5-6:een tärkeimpään.
Harmillisinta on, että korttipakan ulossujauttaminen puoliksi ja näyttäminen lukulaitteelle ei toimi jos useampi NFC-kortti pakassa (vaikka haluttu olisi ylimmäisenä); oikean kortin joutuu usein nostamaan ulos kotelosta silti.
Mutta rajoitusten kanssa oppii vähitellen elämään.

Thanks for the feedback. Postal Parcel delivery time estimation is 10-30 days for orders outside EU and this is indicated on the product page and checkout. We also offer DHL Express which takes only few days but also costs a bit more.

Standard business cards don't fit. If you want a wallet that will hold business cards in addition to credit cards (which is a pretty basic requirement), look elsewhere.
Useless for my purposes.
Thanks for the feedback. It's good that you pointed this out - Cardslide fits the common business card size in Western Europe (85 mm wide). Anything wider, like the common US size (89 mm) won't fit into the slide. We've now updated the product description accordingly.

Have this for about a month so far. I really like that it's made of metal and holds coins and things of that size inside. The money clip is great bonus on top. Only concern is if the cards continue to hold in place after long term usage of sliding in and out. The friction from the felt inside the card ejector keeps the cards from slipping out. Not sure how easy it is to replace the felt if it gets worn out.

High quality and really stylish wallet! Separate card and banknote/coin compartments are handy, you can take a card compartment for a tighter pocket. The sections stay together well with a rubber band and the card compartment works just as well as it should.

Wallet is handy, it works exactly as I thought it would, you can get your cards out really quickly and easily. In the picture, the white one looked much better than it is. I should have ordered black. And that grey aluminium is easy to scratch. Otherwise, I'm really happy with the product.
