Excellent thermos
The price is not cheap at all but its design is truly particular and original. The seal of the gaskets is perfect, there have never been any leaks of liquid. The characteristic of a thermos is the thermal insulation (in this case double wall with vacuum). Each thermos, with its capacity and insulation, is suitable for a specific use you want to make of it. So it cannot be said that one thermos is better than another just because its insulation is greater.
It must be considered that a hot drink can be drunk without burning the mouth when its temperature does not exceed 50°C. I was able to verify that by filling the thermos with tea at 90°C, after about 4 hours the temperature was right around 50°C, ready to drink...on the top of a mountain or in the office! Due to its lightness, capacity and insulation characteristics, this thermos is the most suitable for 5-6 hour excursions.
If, however, you want to drink the drink after 8 hours, still at 50°C, it is better to choose a thermos with greater insulation. However, usually those who go on excursions don't have just one thermos: in fact, this is my fourth thermos that I've purchased.
