N°08 Mushroom Knife

The N°08 Mushroom Knife helps you pick and clean your mushrooms. The handle is equipped with a boar bristle brush and a blade with toothed back.
The stainless steel blade has excellent corrosion resistance and doesn't require any special maintenance for keeping the excellent cutting quality. The beech wood handle is secure and feels comfortable. Rotating the ring with Virobloc locking system locks the blade in closed or open position as needed.

Perfect mushroom knife
Very sharp blade, which fortunately locks by turning the metal part. Fits well in the hand. The bristles are suitably short and stiff, so they remove debris efficiently and don't just flick the surface of the sponge.
