Eco-friendly, durable, & stunning: EPX400 is built from 100% recycled components, 400 denier face textile laminated to a waterproof 70d ripstop backing and an added C0 DWR (aka fluorocarbon-free) finish. In short: abrasion, water, and UV resistance in a smooth, matte ECOPAK variation.
Plastic bottles to access pouches: ECOPAK is the world’s only durable and waterproof fabric made from 100% recycled polyester fiber and film. Each yard upcycles about 20 plastic water bottles into strong technical textiles.
Recycled in & out: The ECOPAK collection's lining is RBC400, or Recycled Bag Cloth in 400 denier weight. RBC400 is made from 100% recycled polyester with a PU coating that's C0 DWR (aka fluorocarbon-free) on the back side for water resistance. This is the same woven material that is on the face of the ECOPAK composite used in the shell.
PU coated YKK zippers: To further weatherproof the ECOPAK collection, EVERGOODS added on premium water-repellent zippers with RC Coil. This unique oval shape is designed for additional exposure protection and from being easily torn.
Ultimate breathability: The signature back panel is a two-layer construction of 3D spacer mesh and abrasion-resistant 50D monofilament woven. In short: it’s durable, doesn't pill, won't abrade clothing, and is wildly breathable.
Ergonomic harness: Superior fit resulting from 3D patterning rides high for active carry and with our asymmetrical laptop patterning CPL24 is exceptionally comfortable even with a laptop inside.
Exterior top pocket: Quick, easy access to smaller items and key leash without setting the bag down. Uses volume above the shoulders and does not interfere with main compartment. Keeps more fragile items up high, above the main load.
Front panel pocket: Vertical orientation allows side access while wearing or from the ground. Internal drop-in pocket for phone-sized items. Zippered mesh pocket for smaller items. Small volume accommodates flat items like: notebook or field guide, maps, tickets/boarding passes, etc.
