EXCELLENT DAY / WORK BACKPACK
Excellent bag with the overall feel of quality you would expect from Alpaka. The shoulder straps are very comfortable and the diamond pattern on the shoulder strap padding is comfortable. The zippers are high quality with the weather resistant zipper covering.
The internal laptop sleeve is well padded and suspended from the bottom of the bag so when you set it down on the floor the laptop doesn't impact the floor surface.
As always. the advantage of having the bag divided into two main compartments is tidier organisation, however with the bag divided into two compartments neither will be large enough for bigger objects (or more fragile items that can't be compressed).
The side pockets have elastic and can stretch to hold a water bottle, large energy drink or a packable umbrella, although ideally I would have liked for them to be a bit deeper/longer and have zippers.
Overall it's an outstanding day bag of excellent quality and I love it for work and my every day usage (although I probably wouldn't grab this one if I was going to be out for more than a day or if I had larger objects to carry that need one large internal compartment).
