The Slimwallet is a modern take on the classic billfold. Its extra slim profile, without a button or magnet closure system, fits perfectly into every pocket. The generously cut leather holds at least six additional cards, banknotes, and business cards.

The Basco leather wallets are tanned by Tuscan leather artisans. La Bretagna, a family-owned business, is a pioneer in the sustainable production of vegetable-tanned leather. The remarkably deep colours are the effect of this vegetable tanning process. One of the main characteristics of this type of leather is that it ages in a beautiful way.

The original Cardprotector has evolved to the Cardprotector+. This pocket-sized evolution boasts the best quality in all aspects and an even greater lifespan. The Cardprotector+ incorporates the unique autolock mechanism, which provides a strong grip and securely holds all cards, even metal cards.

Cardprotector+ features a diamond pattern at the bottom and a stainless steel lever.

Secrid Premium+ Slimwallet, Basco leather

I purchased the Secrid Premium+ Slimwallet in the Basco leather finish. This is my first wallet of this type, and my first impressions are mostly positive.

The compact size is very convenient, and the card mechanism is excellent. It works smoothly and feels reliable, making it quick and easy to access my cards. Overall, the wallet has a premium and impressive look.

That said, I think the leather could be better, especially considering it's part of the Premium+ line. Around the stitched edges, it looks as though several layers have been pressed and glued together. While this may be part of the construction, it doesn't feel as refined as I expected. It also seems like those edges could lose their shape or become damaged if the wallet isn't handled carefully.

Overall, it's a well-designed wallet with an excellent card mechanism and a practical size, but I expected a higher-quality leather finish for a product in this price range.
