Pack of 6 international short Kaweco ink cartridges. Each cartridge contains 1 ml of original Kaweco ink. Simply unscrew the handle, pull off the empty ink cartridge, insert a new ink cartridge and you can continue writing.

I was surprised how rich the ink is color-wise. I can recommend if you want really great looking blue ink, but on top of that it's comparable to local office supply ink cartridges and if you are not geek, I don't know if it's worth it for you to have more rich colored ink :)
