The perfect EDC bag for my needs.

After using 2 months my CTB 20 as EDC bag I felt that is was indeed too much for my office, at least for what I usuallly carry (a water bottle, a tech pouch, an umbrella, some keys and my lunch). So I've purchased the CPL 16 after seeing many reviews and... what can I say? It's much much sleeker and the 840 nylon gives it a different feeling. More durable but the CTB 20 is a travel bag, with the same material it would have been too heavy I guess. Now I have the pairing for my needs. For long weekends the CTB 20 with the Transit Packing Cube is a perfect companion leaving a lot of space for whatever else you want to carry, for my EDC in office the CPL 16 is the best I could ask. Once more with this product Evergoods have nailed it.

Excellent !!!

After the excellent Evergoods CHZ 22 backpack, I couldn't resist and bought the CPL 16, which I don't go to work without. Thanks to the Mukama team for the exceptional store and excellent customer support.

Excellent organisation, a little uncomfortable

The bag has pretty much perfect size and organisation for work: carries a laptop, peripherals, phone, notebook, keys etc., and fits a spare jacket/sweater or small shoppings on top of that. The backpack/briefcase hybrid style works perfectly, just carry it normally and set it down sideways to start working.

As a downside, the bag is quite heavy even after removing the support bars and plates (which also makes it a bit more accommodating), and the shoulder straps never really sit perfectly on me. I'm not entirely sure I would have chosen this bag if I had a chance to test it in a store, but the organisation is so good that I decided to keep it anyway.

Top Backpack with everything one needs except one last touch

The Backpack:
The backpack is the best small backpack one could get for the money. Quality, utility, comfort, looks, it has it all.

I believe this backpack can be the perfect backpack if it only had a strap on the back to put it on a carry on luggage and to tuck in the straps when carrying horizontally. The rest is top notch.

I easily fit a 16-inch macbook pro, a 13-inch macbook pro, a TomToc bag, my headphones, utilities (leatherman, kindle, apple charger) etc inside of it and it has room for more stuff (raincoat, bottle).

Good bag

This bag is 16L but it feels bigger. It has a lot of things I like in a bag: large handles, good quick access, clamshell opening, good materials, the laptop compartment is excellent and easily allows me to carry a 14” MacBook as well as a table or remarkable. I also find it comfortable to wear. The main drawback for me it’s the weight.
