Tough Patch Universal Glow Marker is perfect for marking all your gear, making it easy to find in the dark. It's a super bright, long-lasting, reusable glow bar stock that doesn't wear out, featuring a quick-stick hook backing. It does not use batteries, bulbs, or electricity. It recharges quickly by absorbing light from any source. The brighter the light source, the brighter it glows.
The original use was as an emergency marker, marking survival equipment onboard submarines. The Navy required them to be “non-powered, rugged, re-usable, and non-nuclear”. Finding and tagging your gear out of a dark cargo hold has never been easier.

Finally a really long lasting glow, although needs a flashlight to charge fully, the dimmer light of day is also enough to last most of the night. The hook'n'loop panel allows me to keep it on my bathroom door for midnight guidance and pop it on my rugsack when heading on a hike. A must have for all glow-enthusiasts!
It's quite heavy and thick.
