Not that good

Pros:
• Simplicity while maintaining a strong identity
• Adequate shape, design, and volume
• 8 discreet and useful G-Hooks (side compression, front carry, bottom carry)
• The magnet concept on the front pocket
• The front pocket attachment strap
• The VX-21!
• The interior zippered pocket is positioned high up to utilize some of the unused space
• The Nywool in the laptop pocket
• The aesthetically pleasing VX21 section on the laptop pocket wall gives the bag's interior a unique, high-quality, distinctive look
• The metal strap buckles
• The bag's lightness
• The handle is pleasant to the touch and thick

Cons:
• Straps not included (SOLUTION: provide two)
• The strap G-Hooks are not always the same size and can be a little loose for the small strap buckles (no accidents so far) (SOLUTION: review quality control and tighten the buckles by a few mm)
• The front pocket is difficult to access (SOLUTION: a larger flap would have been more appropriate without compromising security)
• The clamshell opening system is not long enough (SOLUTION: add a few cm on each side or to the bottom of one) side)
• The interior zippered pocket could be larger.
• The MagDoc system should be inserted and removed vertically. You never know which way to pull, and the pull direction is different between the two magnets. (SOLUTION: Change the direction of the openings on MagDoc accessories.)
• The laptop pocket wall bends loosely when a MagDoc accessory is positioned (SOLUTION: Make it stiffer, add a rigid insert to the wall).
• The seam spacing between the straps is too short (the bag's worst flaw), which is terribly uncomfortable on the neck. (SOLUTION: Spread the straps at the top.)
• The two interior pockets are too small and too slippery. (SOLUTION: Use a different, more elastic fabric and widen them.) This shouldn't be limited to the Pro version; other alternatives exist. • The gray interior color (the youth was a very good idea on the V1)
• A full 0.5L bottle weighs the bag down on the side of the side pocket (SOLUTION: make the bag more rigid; solved by stiffening the laptop pocket wall?)
• The handle that rises a little too high (SOLUTION: solved by spreading the seam of the shoulder straps)

Differences with the V1 X-pac:
• New logo
• Front pocket still difficult to access
• Interior color less attractive (changed from yellow to gray, same for the zip pullers)

Great backpack

It's a great backpack, but it's a bit stiff for the first couple of times that you use it.
Also, the "quick access pocket" is a bit hard to access.

Overall it's a great product for my everyday use.
