In short, this is an excellent pen.
Now in more detail. First of all, something I couldn’t easily find before buying: if you’re left-handed, this pen writes perfectly. I write in three different styles — nib forward-up, forward-down, and even pushed backward (similar to a right-handed angle). In all positions, there are no skips or hard starts. The ink flow is consistent from every angle.
The brass feels great. On the first day it looked almost like gold — bright and shiny. By the third day, a natural patina started to develop, which is exactly why I chose the brass version. It gives the pen real character.
The build quality is high. It’s relatively heavy, but well-balanced and comfortable in hand. Even during longer drawing sessions, my hand didn’t get tired.
The cap sits securely when closed. There is a very slight play because it uses an O-ring system, but it’s minimal. Posted on the back, the cap stays firmly in place.
Overall, it feels very premium and pleasant to the touch.
Solid and well crafted fountain pen. Really happy with it.
