One Design Flaw
I wanted to like this mat and I do like it - it looks great, feels premium and I love the hideaway and the toolbar. However I think it has one significant design flaw.

Due to the nature of the felt underneath, when moving the mouse around and clicking, there is always a bit of "give", in that the mouse/cursor move a bit upwards as it is pushed down in the soft felt. I don't know if this is just me and the way I operate the mouse, bit it is quite annoying. Hoping I can get used to it in time.

Fantastic!
I was a bit nervous about the possibility that it will never be completely flat as said in another review. I decided to give it an opportunity anyway and the result in my case is very good. The package arrived without problems to me and after 2/3 days it’s ‘flat ok’ in my opinion. I ordered 2 desk mats and I am very happy with them. It’s what I expected and needed to be. It’s not cheap and it needs dusting regularly but I think it looks very nice.

Packaging inherently flawed
The concept and features of the mat are great. The packaging ruins it all. no matter how long you let it rest or try to bend it back to what it is supposed to be, this mat will never be flat. After weeks of using it, it is still as curved as when i got it...

Not bad not good
I ordered this desk mat and it took about 2 weeks to arrive. The quality is quite good, except that it will NEVER be completely flat (it comes rolled up on itself). Also, it came with a big inner line, as if it had already been used... I'm not too satisfied, considering it costs almost 100€.

I didn't know I needed this!
I love a neat desk. It helps my creative process. But I didn't know I needed this mat until I tripped into it online. Now that I have it, I don't know how I have managed without it. I no longer have pens and cables going this way and that.
