I've been unfortunate but this can be really a perfect backpack

I give this backpack a 4/5 rating because I've been pretty unlucky with mine. I ordered 2, but of course I'll leave just one review. First of all, the luggage tag on both has an oversized button, cannot pass through the loop. It has to be cut off and need a new, fixed one from Pioneer. My first backpack I ordered had the front upper pocket sewn strangely, basically flopping on the inside all the time. The second one had the zipper of the laptop section hitting the laptop sleeve 80% I was opening it, stopping half length.

10/10 service from Mukama, I had to return them both and they've been amazing.

Apart for this QC issues the backpack is built like a tank, smoothest zippers ever used and every pocket has indipendent space. The mandarin nylon from Pioneer is top notch.
