    Before purchase:

    Do you have a physical store?

    We don't have a physical store, only online order with delivery is possible.

    Do your products have a warranty?

    We are an authorized seller of each brand and the manufacturer's warranty applies in all products we sell. If the warranty information is not available on the product page, please reach out to our customer service.

    Do you offer discount for first time buyers or for newsletter subscription?

    We don't, but we might come up with something for students and first response personnel - in these cases please reach out to our customer service with some kind of a proof of studentship or service.

    How does the pre-order work?

    If an item is available for pre-order with an estimated shipping date, it means we have a confirmed incoming shipment for that item.

    When you place a pre-order, payment is processed immediately. Your order will ship at once when all items in your order are in stock.

    You can always find the latest estimated shipping date on the product page. If the estimate is delayed by more than one week, we will keep customers updated.

    Pre-orders can be cancelled at anytime before shipment for 100% refund.

    Can I use pick up point as shipping address?

    Not directly, please always use regular address. When you get the tracking code, most carriers like DHL let you select the pick up point at their online service. For some carriers we offer pick up point selection at checkout.

    How can I modify or cancel my order?

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, please send the request using the "Modify or cancel the order" function on the order page in your account.

    How can I return products?

    Please see the return policy and start the return process here.

    How can I exchange products?

    We don't do exchanges per se, but you can do the exchange yourself by returning normally and placing the new order for the new product anytime.

    I have returned the item a while ago, when can I expect the refund?

    The return shipment will take a while. If you have the return tracking, you can check the return shipment status.

    We try to handle returns within one week from receiving, and you will be notified by email once done. Please note that we are not able to pick individual returns from the queue, they are handled in batches.

    I think my product has a defect. What to do?

    You can submit the warranty claim on the order details page in your account.
