Titanium lateral split keyring

The design of the KNOX keyring allows a lateral push-pull motion in opening the ring, rather than having to pry out with your fingernails. It is possible to open the ring even while wearing gloves. The KNOX has outer 10-sided geometry, while maintaining the smooth circular inner curve. This will help keep the keys moving freely, without getting caught at the angles just like a regular ring.

The design is not meant to replace the original key ring, simply because it could not be produced on a mass scale. But nonetheless, it serves as a proof of concept on how we can improve upon the existing design of an accessory we use everyday.

Eeach keyring is custom wire cut from Grade 5 Titanium one at a time. It is a slow process, but worth it.

Didn't know a keyring can be this cool

It's much easier to handle than a normal keyring (if you know how to use it).
Looks very cool and unique.
It's nice that it's made from a quality material.
The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but it will probably last a lifetime.

A tip: check how to use it before trying to "open" it. You need to slide it out, not stretch it like classic keyrings.

Good piece

I liked the part very much. Looks original and very well done. I have to say it’s a tricky one when it comes to put the keys on it.. you have to find the way.

Nice little thing

I was looking for a different keyring to fit my WESN Microblade sheath! It had to be made from titanium (of course!) and it had to be somewhat cool and fitting my purpose. Besides I hated constantly breaking my fingernails when trying to pry open some traditional splitrings. The KNOX ticks all the boxes I had in mind: great fully titanium-made, easy to open and above all cleverly designed with a nice outstanding industrial look and form factor! Great piece of kit!

Habe auch einen Karabiner von Handgrey. Sehr gute Qualität, aber das einführen der Schlüssel/Ringe ist ein bisschen schwierig. Ansonsten Top.

Great buy

It's a little bit pricy put I like it, it's strong and lightweight, I added it to my griffin picket took and it looks amazing. I definitely recommend.

Not worth it

Considering that I can get 3 Titanium Keyrings for €10, I cannot justify the cost of these. They are also a real pain to get items on or off and a lot of my components or keys get stuck on the last notch so they cannot fully go throug the ring.
