Better than the standard one

The mineral reflector that’s supplied as stock in the Rampant lights produces some nasty artefacts. The metal reflector on the other hand looks good. Also punches the light a bit further out. A definite upgrade. You will need to also buy a lens if you want to use the metal reflector.
