High Level Retention HLR Gear Clips® have been designed to increase the performance of supporting equipment, allowing you expand the way you integrate, align and position your gear providing you more options and flexibility.

HLR Gear Clips® are high technology flat springs that yield the long open and close cycle life. These clips have a high clamping force even at the minimalist thicknesses. They are always squeezing and always working.

Streamlined design and geometry to remove failure points while increasing the overall strength of the clip. Smallest possible footprint to eliminate extra bulk and snag points.

Made from 10XX steel alloy purpose built specifically for this application and the process increasing strength and ductility.

The surface finish comes standard in neutral shade of DCC Gray CERAKOTE® ceramic which is stacked on top of a corrosion inhibiting pretreatment. Aside from great looks the result is a non reflective, highly corrosion resistant and highly abrasion resistant coating.

From cold rolling to deburring, all metal manipulation processes for the entire HLR Gear Clip® line are done in-house giving the experienced DCC team full control of all manufacturing processes.

Every single HLR Gear Clip® that leaves the manufacturing facility has been cycle tested and has passed our multi-point final part inspection process.
