I like it.
Depending on how filled up it is, it can be slim, or slightly more bulky but still pocketable.
Thanks to its construction, it lends itself both to pocket carry and backpack carry.
I can fit it in my denim jacket or leather jacket without issues in whichever configuration.
It seems to be at its most comfortable configuration with only one side filled, as it better conforms to one's body. Also depending on your preference of where the eyelet should be (given you loop something through there), or maybe if you're right-handed or left-handed.
Mine fits a CountyComm Ti Fulcro Leva, CountyComm Titanium EOD Robotics Breacher Bar Medium, C&W Pen Type B, titanium tweezers, folded A4 paper, CountyComm XL Flint Sparker, Amsler Hurricane Razor 2049 and some band-aids in a ziplock bag.
You've surely noticed the zippered pocket in the middle. I've wondered myself, if it's a gimmick or not. I've ended up carrying band-aids in that middle pocket. It's perfect for band-aids.
The organizer itself frays at the edges a bit after some time of carrying, but that's easily mitigated. When it comes back after a few months, you just carefully cut the frayed pieces off and go on.
I have yet to see a better pocket organizer as someone who appreciates slim profiled items like this.
Until I saw this organizer, I stood firmly against all organizers that go on your person/body.

I got the black one first and I like it well enough to buy another one :)
I carry this in the pouch: a pen, a pry bar, a torch, a leatherman, and a chapstick. There is still room to put stuff in the zippered pocket of the pouch such as sim pin, usb reductions etc.
The only minor drawback is threads coming off the material around the seams at the materials edges (where it's cut off). I believe the seams will stop further threading.
