QCK Auto-Retract Utility Knife
The QCK - Auto-Retract Utility Knife by Maratac® is a purpose-built pocket utility tool designed for tier-1 organizations, emergency kits, and everyday carry. With a spring-loaded auto-retraction system, the utility blade deploys only when the thumbstud is actively pushed and held forward. When it is released, the blade retracts into the housing.
It can be placed in a go-bag, flight vest, glovebox, or crowded toolbox. The blade is designed to remain retracted in a pocket or pack when not in use.
An integrated recessed bypass slot is located at the top of the frame. Cordage up to 1/4", including 550 paracord, webbing, and zip ties, can be sliced while the blade is completely retracted inside the handle. For stubborn line or thick rope, the blade can be pushed up slightly and pulled back for a saw-like cutting action.
