This bag was designed with convenience and versatility in mind, ensuring that you can take all your essentials with you wherever you go.
- A total of 6 zippered pockets; 2 in front, 3 in rear and 1 in the main compartment
- 2 internal sleeve pockets on the front wall of main compartment
- 1 suspended zippered pocket on the rear wall of the main compartment
- Rear zippered pocket concealed/covert compartment - internal side mounting points for optional organizer
- Dual adjustable Shoulder Straps (4-panel webbing)
- Side pleated Tweave pockets for small water bottles, quick stash, etc
- #10 Reverse YKK zipper for main compartment and #8 for all other zippered pockets
- 1 internal circular D-ring on each end

While at first I was a bit sceptical of the bag's look, it actually looks pretty nice on the body. Though, I would only go for the XPAC or Ultra variant for it's sleeker look. The red lining looks great as well. Contents are well visible, but the shade is still subdued, unlike all the blaze orange nonsense. All zippers are smooth and the construction quality in general is flawless. It really feels like a super robust shoulder bag. I was using it primarily as a makeshift camera bag, with a C-Rope neoprene insert and Nikon Zf. With a compact lens it fits very well and the camera stays nicely protected. The insert even clips to the rings inside the bag.
What I dislike is that in my opinion the two back vertical pockets don't serve much purpose and the strap feels a bit too thin, i.e., it lacks padding for heavier weights. So much so that I'm considering getting a DSPTCH padded strap to replace the original one.
Just the perfect level of organisation with pockets that don't fight for the same space too much, making the bag feel roomier than you'd expect based purely on the stated volume. If you need to carry a small laptop/tablet you will need a separate padded sleeve for it.
The bag is awesome, even though it's capacity is listed at 9L I am able to fit all needed tech items during business trip:
- 14" Dell Latitude laptop (without any protective sleeve, when I tried using snug fit sleeve it also fits, but becomes more tight and takes some extra space in the bag), please keep in mind that there is no laptop protection in the bag!
- 11" Ipad Pro
- Peak Design small tech pouch (interchangeably with Evergoods CAP1)
- Evergoods CAP 0.5
- Distil union bifold wallet stored in one of the front compartments
- ID cards
- Passport
There is also external stretch pocket for water bottle, but I was not testing it so far.
At the back there is luggage passthrough, so bag can be put on suitcase handle.
As comparison, I was previously using Alpaka Bravo Max Sling V2, which according spec is 10L, but was able to fit less then in Chio X-Bag.
I can highly recommend this bag for daily commuting as well as for minimalist travel.
Also order by Mukama was processed in express mode, including delivery to Poland it to 4 days!
Magnificent bag so comfortable to be outside all day, it seems small but instead it is large and compact... sturdy, waterproof and I am very satisfied!
Roomy & sleek looking bag
I need something water resistant to carry general stuff (keys, documents, phone, small laptop, etc.) both on and off my motorbike all year round. So far, I am happy with the bag's water resistance and that it tends to stay close to the body. Its usability is so and so. The zippers (main compartment and two front pockets) are still too stiff. I hope they will become a bit looser to allow one-hand handling. I have not yet found any use for the back pocket.
