This is not the world's best whistle - it needs some puff, but it does a job. If you need an inconspicuous whistle on you for any reason, you should consider buying this. MUKAMA delivered the goods on time and in full. The range of products and budgets catered for is definitely one of the things that set them apart.
The whistle seems fairly weak - I will update once I have given it full throat in an outdoor setting.
I bought this titanium whistle as a compact safety item for my bag, and I’m very happy with it. It feels well made, extremely lightweight, and the pealess design makes it reliable and easy to use. The sound is impressively loud for such a small whistle.
The included lanyard is a nice touch, and it barely adds any weight to an emergency kit, hiking pack, or everyday carry setup. Simple, practical and durable. Recommended.
