    Fabulous gift

    Updating my review after taking another one.

    Quick backstory of past review: I ordered 2 and first thing I noticed the luggage tag on both has an oversized button, cannot pass through the loop. It has to be cut off and need a new, fixed one from Pioneer. My first backpack had the front upper pocket sewn strangely, making a curve at the base instead of being flat. The second one had one of the zipper of the laptop section hitting the laptop sleeve 80% of the times I was opening it, stopping half length.

    10/10 service from Mukama, I had to return them both and they've been amazing.

    Waited some months and ordered a third, this time flawless. The backpack is built like a tank, smoothest zippers ever used and every pocket has indipendent space. The mandarin nylon from Pioneer is one of the best materials I've ever tried. The only thing it miss are strap keepers. Added mine and I cannot be more satisfied with it now.

    Great overall backpack. I use it for business travel to carry my tech and it does its job. Quality material and comfortable to wear.
