Tämä taskuystävällinen kiinteäteräinen veitsi on saanut nimensä Tennesseen Chattanoogan vuorenhuipusta. Puhdaslinjainen EDC-veitsi, suunnitelty yhdessä Big Idea Designin CNC-managerin Mak Kelsayn kanssa. M390 terä ja Grade 5 -titaanikahva.

I have been lusting for this knife for the longest of time and I finally decided to pull the trigger.
While I think you really need more than few weeks to review a knife (or any product really) - here are my initial thoughts:
PROS
+ Timeless, eye pleasing design and execution! (subjective matter, I know)
+ Fantastic edge geometry, very thin behind the edge
+ Very sharp out of the box
+ Indestructable handle scales that don’t shrink or crack.
+ Nice functional pocket clip with good retention, purpose designed for pocket carry. Clip is pocket friendly without sharp corners that chew up your pants and clothes.
CONS
- Pocket clip is super tight. It's good that the sheath doesn't go anywhere but pulling the sheath out is not an easy chore.
- Steep price tag (especially for something made in "chyna")
NEUTRALS
- Sheath could have "longer pull" for me. I like a bit more friction to my sheaths. Retention is ok.
- Fits hand just right with four finger grip. Scales make the knife slightly handle heavy but the small size compensates it well.
More various handle material would make this knife funnier.
It is one of the most compact knives in my collection, it looks good, feels good in the hand, balanced for my palm, and I say it has an above average robustness for its size! I haven't tested it yet, only worn daily with other pieces of mine.
Klein, aber gute Handlage. Sauber verarbeitet. Mir ist der Folder lieber, aber das Fixed ist auch gut.

Big Idea Design hat mit dem Ti Lookout bewiesen, dass sie auch feststehende Messer perfekt beherrschen. Das Messer ist durch die Voll-Titan-Konstruktion unglaublich leicht und liegt dank der ergonomischen Fräsung extrem sicher in der Hand. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Vielseitigkeit der Scheide und des Clips – es lässt sich perfekt an jedes Setup anpassen. Die Klinge aus M390-Stahl ist ein echtes Arbeitstier und kam rasiermesserscharf an. Ein minimalistisches, unverwüstliches EDC-Tool, das man kaum in der Tasche spürt!
