This a great piece of kit, I have been keeping a Journal for fifteen years and this handy case helps me to keep, pens, pencils, box cutter, notes etc all in one place, very easy to use and very well made.

Sturdy travel folder
Sturdy travel folder with well working functions. You can keep several different notebooks or calendar in this at once. When you get a pocket journal as well, your days and thoughts will be well organised. A few pens slots would be nice. Although when you have nice equipment like this, you'll be dreaming of high end pens even without the slots :)

Toimivilla ratkaisuilla jämäkästi toteutettu reissu kansio. Useampi ja useamman sorttinen vihko tai kalenteri sopii mainiosti väliin kerralla. Vielä kun kaveriksi hankkii pocket journal:n, niin kylläpä pysyy arki ja ajatukset järjestyksessä. Muutamaa kynän paikan jäin tähän ehkä kaipaamaan. Toki kun on näin hienot vehkeet, niin ilman kynän paikkojakin huomaan haaveilevani hienoista kynistä ;)

Robust, functional and great looking
I'm chuffed to bits with my Field Journal. It holds my work calendar, an A5 notebook, a fountain pen and a few small bits and pieces. Love the brown colour too.

Good field journal
This was my first field journal. It fits a5 notebooks very well and has plenty of room for additional storage and inserts. The only thing i didnt like was material under the canvas material appears to be warped which creates unevenness in the front and back covers. My journal is not smooth like the pictures or the video from Lochby. Perhaps it is just that it is new and i havent used it very often or maybe this was just an outlier. Maybe over time it will smooth out.
I also purchased the pocket field journal and use that more often than this one and it is wearing very nicely.

Field Journal
Excellent journal cove. I take notes on botany field trip using it. It is strong, well made and waterproof. Ideal for all sorts of notebook use, but ideal for the outdoor enthusiast who needs to make notes of any kind.

Brilliant field journal for both indoor office and outdoor expedition use
