The Goldilock sling

I thoroughly enjoyed the Civic Access Sling. It does chafe my neck if worn too tight though. Just loosen up the strap a bit and it's good to go. It sits nice against the back, has a nice volume and a clean appearance.
Compared to the (not bad) TKS or the X-pod, I prefer this one.

Great quality sling, even if a bit pricey

Used it for the first time on a festival. Holds all essentials beautifully. The zippered inside pocket has awesome organization and zipper feels great. Was always able to find my belongings without having to dig through the insides. Quality textiles and the breathable mesh back worked great in the summer heat! Only minor gripe is that the keychain loop is in an odd location if you ask me. Didn't find not having strap keepers any problem they usually loose elasticity quickly anyhow.

A quality product

I took pictures to clarify the capacity of the bigger/outer pocket (the one without compartments).

Picture on top shows how a 0,5 litre water bottle fits - it could take another one also. Picture on bottom shows the sling packed with one kitchen paper towel roll.

The place for the patch of your choice in the front is 5x5 cm.

One Youtube reviewer complained about the lack of fidlock buckle and strap keepers. Before buying I agreed but after using this sling for a month, my opinion is that the existing buckle is perfect. I have not missed strap keepers either.

I usually wear this as a sling but occassionally also around my waist. Both options work well.

Perfect Travel / EDC bag

Let me start by saying that I am a big Evergoods fan but was a bit afraid after reading some online reviews. I wanted a smaller version of the 3,5 liter MHP but the criticism about the strap system / buckle scared me. Then I thought ok fu** it I will just give it a try and I have to say: I'm so happy that I did! Not only is this a high quality bag with nice organization inside, great looking, ticks all the boxes for me, but the strap system / the fact that the buckle is in the middle isn't a problem at all!! just pull one side to full length and the buckle will shift to the side. I have a 32 waist and the buckle sits approximately where the back patch of my jeans is. Enough to not bother me when wearing a backpack or when sitting in the car. I secured the other side with a strap keeper and have quick access when I want to pull it a bit tighter. I wear this bag exclusively as a hip pack and for me it's perfect for everyday use and for traveling. Super happy with this bag, fully recommend! Pefect everday sling.

Great everyday sling. The format is the right size to carry everything you could need (including e-reader), not too bulky. The quality is top notch and the interior design has a good balance between common space and compartment. I was a bit afraid not to take a waterproof material, but it turns out it is waterproof enough for any day in a city. I regret nothing.

Perfect

Great every day bag

Super well thought out and useful bag for carrying all your daily essentials! The strap is simple, but effective - especially the adjuster strap by the buckle. It allows you to have the bag a little looser for putting on, and easily & quickly tighten/loosen it when you're wearing. A good balance between internal organization & useable space. It's a comfortable bag, but it can fit so much stuff that it can get a bit blocky/bulky if you really load it up. However carrying it on your back goes a long way in the cases where you need to carry that much stuff in just this bag. As with all Evergoods bags, it's very well built and durable. Highly recommend!

evergoods quality! big fan of evergoods take that into consideration :) spacious, well thought, non waterproof zippers for easy access. some reviews deterred me from buying because somewhat prolonged design but works very well with that big bucket front compartment. not carrying it like fanny pack just wonderful everyday casual carry sling.
