First of all, as always, the customer service in Mukama is top notch - helped me quickly with the problem.
Delivery times are super fast and reliable.
About the bag, after about a week or two of gentle use the bag started to have holes in the nylon part of the bag (mostly on the top and bottom half)
This is a common problem with this bag, and most likely will happen to you if you’ll buy it.
I cannot recommend.
I was excited about that bag and normally wouldn’t spent that amoun of money on one. unfortunately, i bought it. This bag was barely used. Only for visits to the gym and 3-4 visits to the office, as I mainly work from home. The errant being 6 months old now looks like it has been used as a daily driver for 5 years. The material is garbage. I’m known to take care of my belongings but it’s impossible to take care of this bag. Very disappointing.
Never had such a quality backpack for city life before. It’s a bit weighty, but that is balanced with functions, smart compartments, look and used materials. I’d buy again.

Love the Errant. I did a lot of research before finally choosing this backpack, it's really premium quality both inside and out. Lots of compartments and a lot of room that easily collapses when the backpack is empty (so you're not carrying a large empty backpack).
Two months in, I'm still figuring out all the hidden spaces it has.
Absolutely recommended for daily use, I'd give it 6/5 stars if I could.

This backpack has people divided. Some love it with all it's features, some hate it because it is over-engineered.
Well I love it!
The looks, the features and the waterproofing is what convinced me to try it eventually.
It is a heavy backpack, but for me it works. I have good organisation, a clamshell opening voor easy access and those magnets... The magnets at the from are so satisfying. It took me 10 minutes to get the hang of them, but it has my approval!
So yes I would recommend it fo you to try if you like it. This bag got people divided, but only by trying will you find out if you like it!
