A smaller version of the everyday pack
The Citadel 20 is a smaller version of the original urban everyday pack. The third collection in the Citadel series brings new features while still delivering a lighter weight pack built with EmberTex™. Over a year in development, this twisted nylon 6 has an abrasion resistant matte finish with no PFAS (forever chemicals).
The new Citadel 20 features a magnetic, separated and suspended laptop sleeve, a protective quick-access pocket and our latest T6 aluminum hardware. Combined with YKK® Aquaguard zippers, the Citadel 20 is durable and weatherproof. Laser-cut and Bonded hypalon panels embedded in its shell add structure where it's needed.
Includes handle, magnetic keyring and removable sternum strap.

I spent a long time choosing the right backpack for me (as, I believe, do many of Mukama’s visitors). It has a great harness system and a sleek silhouette that lets me wear it even with my coat while still looking professional. It’s been a few months now, and I still really enjoy taking it with me everywhere I go... it feels great to use.
Built quality is outstanding. Zippers have no friction at all, better than smooth. Their proprietary fabric is really nice, little shine to it, water-resistant. Washes very well. Materials used are another level really. Front pocket has its own dimension. Organisation is pretty minimal which I like.
...and I haven't used any other since. The workmanship is absolutely top-notch! The layout of the pockets and compartments is ingenious. A Lenovo V14 fits just right in the laptop compartment, but a 13" MacBook Air slides right in. I discovered the additional tablet compartment after a few days... The slim 20L version is perfect for my needs and is very comfortable to wear. Many thanks to the Mukama team!
