If you are used to overbuilt mega-folders this may come as a surprise. The Pike is fairly small, in my hand it is a three finger grip but I bought it as a UK legal EDC that will not scare the horses in polite society so its discreet profile is a bonus. Fit and finish is very good, the black micarta oozes class and the blade came adequately sharp.
For those who like such things the attention to detail extends to the excellent packaging and the fabric carry slip.
Service from Mukama was exemplary with regular email updates and very quick delivery to the UK. And I didn't have to pay any import taxes!!!!

Superb UK EDC knife

The james brand have got this knife spot on. I own several of the last slipjoint knife from james (the county knife) which was good but this knife is better in every way. Fit and finish is much better, the blade shape being straight is so much more usable for most small tasks for example piercing and slicing, for me this is the perfect every day companion especially if you live in the uk.
Top marks also go to Mukama, I have now bought quite a few knives from them to be shipped to the UK and I cannot praise them highly enough, despatch and delivery is quick and the communication is brilliant. I would recommend anyone in the uk to buy from Mukama without hesitation - well done
