Absolutely amazing Backpack and the shipping time was fabulous.

I originally ordered the V2.2 20L Version off of the official sympl store and was pretty disappointed. The shipping time was 3 times what was promised (18 days). And the product also was not what was promised to me. Therefore I wanted to look for alternatives and I found this.

This backpack was shipped to me in 2 working days and I got exactly what I wanted. The X-Pac commuter pack was my dream backpack, but I never found one to buy, as they were always sold out. Until I came upon Mukama, where I was able to get what I wanted so bad. Everything worked perfectly and the price is also absolutely fair.
I got a limited edition bag from a 3rd party store for only 50€ (70€ with express shipping) more than the original price, where I would have needed to pay at least 43€ in shipping anyway. And all of this without wating for ages and having to sit in a support thread with 36 Emails. Thanks Mukama for making this possible :)
