Please buy directly from a nomad as this shop sold used or maybe even stolen card as it was already connected to someone apple account. As this is an anti theft device there is no way to factory reset the card if it's connected to someone apple account.
Support said they will contact me but they didn't and still didn't provided a way to return it.
