VG10 Warikomi Knife
Das echte japanische Nagao Higonokami Warikomi Messer. Die Klinge besteht aus hochwertigem VG-10 Stahl, der für seine ausgezeichnete Schnitthaltigkeit und Korrosionsbeständigkeit bekannt ist. Die Klinge ist doppelt geschliffen in V-Form, sodass du beide Seiten verwenden kannst, unabhängig von der dominanten Hand. Die Klinge ist im Edelstahlgriff verborgen und lässt sich mit dem Daumen über den "Chikiri"-Griff leicht öffnen.

The craftsmanship behind this cheap knife is something else. Hand made in Japan by the same family that's being making them for generations. What surprised me the most was the sharpness right out of the box. You really have to handle this with care.
