Das MGAD20S wird in der Demko Custom Shop-Werkstatt in New Castle, Pennsylvania, USA gefertigt.
Der Shark-Lock™-Mechanismus befindet sich auf dem Klingenrücken und wird durch Zurückziehen der „Finne“ bedient – so bleiben die Finger sicher außerhalb der Klingenspur. Das Messer verfügt über Griffschalen aus G10, ein Kugellager im Drehpunkt sowie Stahl-Liner für zusätzliche Stabilität.
