This is a dream of every wannabe spy. And real ones will probably drool all over it, too.
But it also lends itself to being a useful decoration for those, who already have everything, and don't want things without purpose. Even better if they happen to be fond of games based on strategy instead of luck or random number generation.
Also, it can become a very nice prop for role-playing games, if you're creative enough.

PS: The threading on this one is miles better than on CountyComm's Dual Pass Through Titanium Cache for some reason (it's a newer design, which could be a reason enough on its own).
