Love my Black Ember TKS Sling!
Bought this for my trip to The States as I thought it would be much more efficient than a backpack. I love it and how easy it is to access the essential documents I needed. It butterflys open to go through security checks and when on the go it's secure. Just noticed that the material near the zipper has started to fray a tad bit. Would recommend it any way.

Great materials, not so great usability
Being a happy Forge user, I was so looking forward to Black Ember's take on a sling. The materials are great, and I like the look of the bag.

Sadly, The accordion folder of the main compartment eats up a ton of space and only fits very slim items. The strap used to close the accordion has no give, severely restricting its usability. I could hardly fit my bulky old-school wallet anywhere in the main compartment. Also, the placement of the keyholder in the front pocket has not been thought through. It sits right next to where you are supposed to put your smartphone. Not so great.

While I wanted to love this bag, the TKS was a miss for me and we soon parted ways.

Best EDC so far
I used to own many sling bags, now its TKS turn and so far I am very satisfied, it fits all my needs. I even customised it a little bit with molly webing on inside front panel for ease of access for most important things like flash light, pen, knife.
