How is the data being stored and protected?

The EU General Data Privacy Regulations has been applied on our technical solutions, effective on 25.5.2018.

Only our staff has access to our system. They are trained to use the systems and know what they are doing.

In some cases we need to transfer information to trusted third parties, e.g. for delivering the order, analytics and marketing. All contracts with these third parties include the demands of General Data Privacy Regulation. Third parties are not allowed to share or use this information for their own purposes.

How long will the data be stored for?

We store your personal data as long as it's required to fulfill the requirements of this Privacy Policy. Some information may be stored longer if it's required by law.

By your request, we can anonymize your data from our systems. In this case, all personal data from your purchase history will be anonymized and we no longer can identify you nor revert the data. You can request the anonymization by sending the email to support@mukama.com. The complete erasure will take as long as our current data backup cycle is finished.
