The perfect sling pack
The X-Pod II is honestly one of the best sling packs I have ever seen. All I wanted was a sling pack on which my shoes (I wear a small size, all being said) would fit, plus some extra things like my wallet, keys, and Kindle, so I could only carry the minimal when inline skating and this product has been the perfect choice for that :)

Nice, exactly what I hoped
The design is beautiful, the stitches are made with precision, the textile is strong and the buckles are strong. For the volume I find it perfect because I wanted some easy to carry slingbag to take everywhere. It holds easily my kindle, pencil case and my small note book in the front compartment. In the middle one fits easily a charger, wallet and cigarettes. The only drawback is the price but in my opinion it is worth it^^

Category of it's own
This sling is the top of the notch, has everything you can ask in a sling of this size. And i mean EVERYTHING, so if you don't have that much of a specific need this could be not the sling for you (i wanted something super versatile, close to the body and with a semi-technical look to it). At leas for me, it need some time to get used to it, even more now that i wear it over a lot of winter clothing, but it's really useful once you get to your way to use it (i noticed than i can almost access everything i need in a hurry with a single hand, always impossible previously). The only downside i can list is the belt: it's cool (obviously) that you can set it the way you want, close to the body, looser, or even as a funny pack, but i found out that, especially when you wear it tight, it tends to get loose overtime, forcing you to readjust it quite often. A possible solution could be inserting on the inside of the belt a velcro strap on most of his length, so that it can remain perfectly still once it is set.

Very much recommended sling bag
The X-POD is very much what I sought for: A comfortable and compact, yet extensible sling bag that offers plenty of internal organization, making it equally suitable for a city trip during vacation, an evening out, a visit to a trade fair, and whatever else activity fits into a single day. All my personal stuff is easily within reach, the days of worrying about pick-pockets and of fishing for my wallet, mobile, pen etc. in the depths of a regular bag are gone.

The perfect bag for a techwear enthusiast

Great product but not ideal
This is a great sling, I love it. I don't think it's ovengineered like some reviewers say. I have found a lot of disadvantages but I still use it daily and consder it a great sling.

Pros:

1. Great build quality, great looks, great feel.
2. Perfect size: it's as compact as possible in order to fit a Nintendo Switch and a water bottle.
3. Has a large expandable pocket with compression straps and a front access zipper (in addition to the normal top access zipper).
4. Handle at the top, attachment straps at the bottom. Double pulley, splash-resistant zippers. Compression straps do not prevent access into main sections.
5. Good wear comfort (except for the main buckle, see below), much better than the PacSafe sling, which is only comfortable to wear on the chest for left-handed people.

Cons, in random order:
1. Not enough organization inside. One of the two main sections lacks organization entirely, the other one has one medium zipper pocket and two tiny zipper pockets (can barely fit a car key). That's all! I expected four times more pockets, so that I can keep my stuff organized and not mixed randomly.
I had to buy a traveller wallet, cut a segment with organization pockets out of it and pin the segment into this sling.
2. The X-Pac fabric gets crumpled easily and it is impossible to straighten it out, or at least make it look symmetrical. My bag never looks like on commercial photos.
3. Side pockets in the flaps are so tiny that they are almost useless. Could probably keep a thumbdrive there or a lighter or a single sore throat in a blister cut-out.
4. The fancy main buckle is aggressive on the inner side. When you lean your back while wearing the back on your chest, the buckle bites into your back. There is no reason for the back of the buckle not to be flat or even cushioned.
5. The lengths of the halves of the main strap are not enough to readjust them so that the buckle would be on your shoulder instead of the back (and in that case it would probably bite into your shoulder). I'm looking into replacing the buckle with a cheap plastic one and reeconfiguring the straps.
6. The fancy buckle is not very secure: it gets undone spontaneously when twisted, without touching the release pulley.
7. There is no quick adjustment system on the main strap, only the conventional buckle adjustment, tragically positioned in the middle of the strap.
Initially, you need the strap to be loose so that you can put it over your neck and shoulder. Then you need to titghten it so that the sling does not dangle. But when the sling is on your chest, adjustment points are on your back! So you have to rotate the bag around your body 180° degrees to reach the adjustments and then rotate back after tigtennning. That's super annoying and highly disappointing for a sling renowned to be overengineered.
8. There is no underarm strap, which means that you can't prevent the sling from sliding from your back on your side as you walk and move around. You'll have to be constantly adjusting its position as you're walking, not to mention running.
9. When you use the full volume of the expansion pocket, you have to undo compression straps. They conveniently have fastex buckles for that purpose. But then shorter halves of compression straps are dangling in the very front of your bag like pigtails. This is plainly poor design and lack of thought. There could be tiny pockets or bands to tuck the straps in so that they are kept discreetly and not bounce around.
10. Front compression straps and side compression straps are different width and their buckles are incompatible.
11. Boring color options. I didn't want camouflage because I wanted to avoid military connotations, so I had no other option but full black.
12. I wish the manufacturer offered a system of modular detachable organization pouches, so that I could effortlessly move my gear between bags of different size/purpose.

Worked Perfectly
I bought this sling pack so that I would have access to items I needed frequently without having to remove my backpack while walking the Camino Portuguese.

It also allowed me to keep important documents and cash with me while exploring various cities every night.

Then as an added bonus the bag expands so that I didn't need to carry a reusable shopping bag with me while buying groceries ... every ounce either counts for you or against you while walking day after day.

It worked perfectly and I'll be taking it with me on the Camino Frances next autumn!!!

Competent little sling pack. Really high quality materials. Handy bag on the back or on the chest. Rotates easily on the back and back to the chest. And the fact it can expand means its minimal but can expand when you need to carry more stuff. A big thumbs up for the guys over at COFB.

Awesome Award-Winning Carrygear!
Fantastic small slingpack! Absolutely love its structure and compartmentalisation. Superb materials with great details and excellent stitching. For sure will become my go-to-solution for EDC since it's compact and handy. Most people, including myself, really don't need to haul that full-blown backpack all the time - really not! This thing is absolutely sufficient for over 90 percent of your carry situations except maybe an Overnighter. But in this case you can marvellously transform this little jewel into double its size by simply releasing two buckles thus gaining extra space if need be. I own the MCB version which is suuuuper rad! A big thumbs up for the guys over at COFB.

The best cross-body sling I could ever imagine.
I was very cautious at first, considering the price tag and the fact I've never seen this bag in real life, but man, it was worth it!

I've started using this bag having only one working arm. The other one is being recovered after surgery and I can't operate it for a month. I must say I'm very impressed with the way you can manage this bag. You can easily put it cross-body, or tighten on your waist.

The other concern I had is the notorious front extendable compartment. Having only one working hand makes wearing backpacks impossible, that's why I needed something to fit everything I need for a day inside compact solution.

I also was worried about magnetic belt clip, which one can imagine to open very easily. Rest assured it is locked tight and securely. I love it!

X-Pod can fit:
• Fujifilm X-T4 camera
• Fujifilm XF 35mm F2 with lens hood all attached to camera
• Peak design wrist strap and Slide Light leash.
• 20000 mAh power bank
• Spare battery for camera
• Wireless headphones case (airpods pro will fit into side belt pockets)
• And lots of other small stuff.

And the biggest advantage is that I don't need to expand the front compartment at all! Crazy!

Pros:
• Totally customizable for a day
• Peak Design Capture clip can be attached to the belt
• Easily fits camera gear
• Magnetic belt clip works like a charm. You can manage it one with one hand.
• You can attach additional stuff to the hooks available on bag.
• Looks super cool

Cons:
• I don't like the netted pockets inside central compartment. They do the job, but make the bag look "cheaper" in some way
• The exterior material looks not that sturdy, and I believe it will show signs of wear in some time. But definitely not tear.
• I would prefer the key clip to be detachable. It takes some space in main compartment and is, itself, quite bulky solution.

Almost Perfect EDC Slingbag
This is the best EDC Slingbag for me. It's small but surprisingly spacious. It hold all my daily essentials like my phone, wallet, keys and other tools. And the fact it can expand means its minimal but can expand when you need to carry more stuff

The key clip is also a great addition. It feels sturdy and alot better than the usual cheap plastic clip on a thin piece of cord.

Only minor nitpick is the two zippered organiser pockets inside. I would have rather had stretchy pockets. The zippers make it feel stiff and it's a little harder to get things in and out.

Pätevä sling pack
1 kk päivittäisen käytön jälkeen pätevä pikku reppu. Todella laadukkaat materiaalit, hyvin hylki vettä, kun ajoi Brätkällä sateessa. Näppärä reppu selkään tai rinnalle, jos vaikka isompi slingi selässä. Toimii siis varmasti hienosti myös isoveljensä kanssa, kun samansuuntaisesti selässä. Hihnan säädöt luistavat, vain jos solki pääsee kääntymään suhteessa hihnaan, ei siis ongelmaa puettuna. Monikäyttöinen. Fiksusti suunnitellut taskut, toimivat käytännössä. Ostaisin uudestaan. Suosittelen, jos tarvetta edc tavaroille tais muille pienille tarvikkeille niin toimii tämä reppu hienosti. Pyörähtää näppärästi selkään ja takaisin rinnalle. Isoveli ostoon seuraavaksi
