The Duval combines the best features of two classic knife styles into a sleek and functional new form. Traditional gentlemen's knives require two hands to open and close, and generally they don't lock. With its front-flipper opening style and frame-lock design, you get the best of both worlds: the ease of opening and security of a traditional frame-lock knife, combined beauty of a classic gentlemen's pocket knife.
The Duval uses American-made Crucible s35vn stainless blade steel, and has a 6al4v titanium frame. The modified sheepsfoot blade shape is as useful as it is beautiful. The main pivot uses ceramic ball bearings for an incredibly smooth action. Scale options include rosewood and OD green micarta.
