N°04 Stainless Steel Knife
The small N°04 has a 5 cm blade and it's great for small everyday tasks such as unpacking packages. It has the same traditional Opinel shape that hasn't changed since the 1890.
The stainless steel blade has an excellent corrosion resistance and doesn't require any special maintenance for keeping the excellent cutting quality. The beech wood handle is secure and feels comfortable.
