Overpriced for the quality
After a couple of months of use, it is clear that the quality of the backpack does not match its price in any way.

The good side of the backpack is its clear lines, small quantity of straps, and rigidness.

There are several downsides, and in such an expensive product their importance is emphasized.

The fabric of the backpack is the biggest disappointment, and it creates the impression of a 20-euro cheap backpack. At the upper end of the backpack, the fabric also folds badly, and the shoulder straps are a bit asymmetrical as a result. The straps are also strangely close to each other, and the material inside the straps is loud and creaking and rustling at the attachment point of their upper end.

The fabric is also twisted on the outside of the backpack, which looks ugly.

The zippers feel cheap and plastic. The zipper also has several points that prevent the puller from moving smoothly. This is due either to the quality of the zipper, or to the fact that the fabric is crooked and pulls the zipper crooked.

I cannot recommend this backpack. It's "just fine" in use, but it feels like a 20-something euro made-in-china, not representative of its price range in any way.

great quality but potential issue while wearing
I was impressed with the appearance and quality of the backpack. It just looks great and the material is very high quality. However, ...

I have encountered some issues with comfort during daily use. While the backpack initially felt fine, I've noticed that after wearing it for a few days, the bottom part of the backpack feels quite solid and places undue pressure on my lower back, resulting in discomfort and pain. This made it difficult for me to use the backpack regularly.

I reached out to Evergoods and they recommended a couple of things one can try:

1. Tightening the shoulder straps to wear the bag higher up on your back sometimes helps.
2. Some of our customers who experience this add a small piece of foam or cushion inside the framesheet sheet compartment (found within the laptop compartment) at the bottom of the bag between the framesheet and back panel.
3. If the above doesn't work, you could potentially pull out the plastic framesheet to see if this alleviates some of the problem.

Option 1 or 3 didn't change much for me, but option 2 worked fine. I tried it now for more than a week and so far it seems ok.

I was quite frustrated at the beginning because I really like the backpack, but I could simply not wear it!! Now it is much better and I think the problem is solved. Having said that, I would never expect such an issue to arise for a 350 euro backpack. That made me a bit disappointed and therefore only 3 starts to attract people's attention to this issue. This is really a pity, otherwise I would definitely give it strong 4 or even 5.

Other (minor) things:
- the backpack (and the laptop compartment) is not waterproof
- there is no outside holder for a water bottle.

But these things you know before the purchase.

Excellent backpack for my city adventures
Sturdy and comfortable but still lightish backpack that works very well for work and life in the city due to the simple and clean looks. Materials and the construction are high end. Original v2 interested me a lot but the panel pocket was on the wrong side for me; when I noticed that mirror version was available I immediately pressed the buy button. The price is high but value works for me.
