The original TPT is a travel friendly multitool made from solid grade 5 titanium. On the tool, you’ll find a full set of wrenches, bottle opener, hex bit driver, scraper edge, a retractable box opener/camp fork, and more. The TPT is a about 8 cm long, packing an unparalleled amount of functionality in a portable package. Toss one in your pocket or bag and be prepared for pretty much any quick fix while on the go.
The main differences to the newer TPT Slide:
- 25% slimmer
- Doesn't have a pocket clip
- Doesn't have a slide lever. Deploying the insert is not as quick especially with one hand, but makes the profile more streamlined.

You don't even feel it in your pocket
I'm always switching between TPT and TPT slide. While the slide is more practical to use and has a pocket clip, the TPT is thinner and doesn't even notice in the pocket. I also found out that on the Bid Idea Design youtube channel they show how you can open the TPT using just one hand.

Great little tool!
Only thing missing that would make it excellent is if it was possible to operate with one hand (which you might be able to to with pushing the button and flicking your wrist). But the robust sleek design makes up for it. I highly recommend this little cuter.
